Central Coast VNA & Hospice is experiencing tremendous growth in our home health, palliative, and hospice programs and we’re looking for a Clinical Educator who is passionate about mentoring clinicians and elevating patient care. For over 74 years, VNA has delivered compassionate, team-driven care to individuals and families across the Central Coast. Job Summary: The Clinical Educator is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive orientation, training, and professional development programs for clinical, clerical, and management staff within the Home Health department. This role ensures staff competency, regulatory compliance, and supports quality improvement initiatives across the agency. The educator collaborates closely with leadership to identify training needs, support new hires, and promote best practices in care delivery.
