Work Schedule: Monday–Friday (13:00–22:00, 16:00–01:00, or 10:00–19:00)
Assist Spanish-speaking consumers with inquiries related to healthcare products, usage guidance, and general assistance.
Respond to healthcare-related customer questions
Provide accurate product information
Document interactions in the internal system
Ensure compliance with service standards
Fluency in Spanish + English
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience in customer support or healthcare is a plus
Must reside locally
50 BGN transportation/internet allowance
Night hours additional pay
500 BGN occasion bonus
