About the Role

Assist Spanish-speaking consumers with inquiries related to healthcare products, usage guidance, and general assistance.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to healthcare-related customer questions

  • Provide accurate product information

  • Document interactions in the internal system

  • Ensure compliance with service standards

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish + English

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Experience in customer support or healthcare is a plus

  • Must reside locally
