Work Schedule: Monday–Friday (13:00–22:00, 16:00–01:00, or 11:00–20:00)

About the Role

Provide assistance and guidance to consumers regarding healthcare products and general health-related inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound inquiries in Portuguese and English

  • Deliver accurate product and usage information

  • Record all interactions in the system

  • Follow quality and data privacy requirements

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese + English (B2/C1)

  • Strong communication skills

  • Previous support or healthcare experience is an advantage

  • Must currently reside locally
