Work Schedule: Monday–Friday (13:00–22:00, 16:00–01:00, or 11:00–20:00)
Provide assistance and guidance to consumers regarding healthcare products and general health-related inquiries.
Manage inbound inquiries in Portuguese and English
Deliver accurate product and usage information
Record all interactions in the system
Follow quality and data privacy requirements
Fluency in Portuguese + English (B2/C1)
Strong communication skills
Previous support or healthcare experience is an advantage
Must currently reside locally
50 BGN monthly transportation/internet allowance
Additional pay for night hours (if applicable)
