We are seeking a Sales Manager with high sales acumen and strong relationship instincts to help grow our campuses and share the Nye difference across the region.
Position Highlights

What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain trusting relationships with hospital discharge planners, rehabilitation centers, clinics, physicians, and other key referral sources.
- Identify, pursue, and convert new referral opportunities across healthcare and community networks.
- Serve as the face of Nye Health Services in the community, communicating our differentiators and supporting families and professionals in navigating care transitions.
- Collaborate with campus leadership teams to align outreach efforts with admissions and census goals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic sales planning.
- Track and report sales performance, ensuring data-driven decisions and accountability for results.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in sales, business development, or community relations, preferably in healthcare, senior living, long-term care, or hospice
- Competitive, goal-driven, and self-motivated—you thrive on hitting targets, not waiting for direction.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across diverse audiences.
- Strategic thinker with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between campuses and referral sources.
