Position: Healthcare Sales Development Representative (BDR)
Location: Remote (South Africa preferred)
Compensation: $1,500–$2,000 USD/month
About the Role
We’re seeking a driven, articulate, and healthcare-savvy Sales Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for healthcare organizations across the U.S., helping them understand how our AI-powered solutions can improve care delivery and patient engagement.
You’ll work closely with clinics, care providers, health systems, and Medicare-focused entities to identify needs, present tailored solutions, and build long-lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct proactive outbound outreach to clinics, care providers, health systems, and health plans
Qualify inbound leads and guide them through the sales pipeline
Deliver engaging product demos and presentations that speak directly to the needs of healthcare professionals
Build and manage a consistent pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and outreach platforms
Handle follow-ups, address objections, and support the closing process with a consultative approach
Collaborate closely with growth and product teams to relay customer insights and industry feedback
Stay up to date on Medicare changes, industry trends, and regulatory developments affecting healthcare clients
Ideal Candidate
2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within the U.S. healthcare sector
Familiarity with selling to Medicare providers, clinics, health systems, or senior care organizations
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with a consultative, relationship-first approach
Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working with sales targets
Proficient in CRM and sales automation tools
Based in South Africa, with a reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home office environment
