Healthcare Project Manager

Position Summary:

The Junior Forward Operating Specialist works closely with the Senior Forward Operating Specialist and the Facilities Director to manage expansion into a significant number of new sites. The position is responsible for assisting with managing supply chain issues, finding work arounds, and handling the logistics of inventory delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in management of remodel or new site launch
• Assist in facility maintenance 
• Assist with outfitting new locations from start to finish and manage all logistics associated with new site openings, i.e., supply chain management, build out of new sites, and delivery of furniture and supplies at the right time.
• Coordinate the purchase of all items needed for new locations, and arrange for delivery, pick-up and installation of those items, warehousing where needed.
• Perform maintenance as needed while on site.
• Ensuring proper security measures for the workplace, including collaborating with our security system vendor.
• Be available for travel approximately 4- 10 days a month.
• Ability to work long extended hours when deploying a new facility.
• Lift and move supplies, desks, furniture, and equipment

Required Knowledge and Skills

• Project management and supply chain management experience preferred.
• Ability to hang a tv, connect a router, handle simple repairs.
• Ability to communicate effectively using verbal and electronic communication.
• Ability to solve problems.
• Proven ability to establish and follow timelines, prioritize, multi-task, and manage time effectively.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Proven ability to work within teams, display a high degree of initiative, anticipate needs, make recommendations, and take appropriate action.
• Clean driving record
• Must be comfortable carrying moving and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Education/Licensure/Technical Requirements.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to meet U.S. employment and eligibility requirements
