Summary:

The Healthcare Data Analyst is responsible for analysing and interpreting complex healthcare data from various sources to improve healthcare delivery and outcomes. They work with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions to address healthcare challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyse healthcare data from multiple sources
• Identify patterns, trends, and insights in the data and create reports and dashboards
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement data-driven solutions to optimize health outcomes
• Maintain data accuracy, quality, and security

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
• 2-5 years of experience in healthcare data analysis
• Strong analytical and data visualisation skills
• Working knowledge of healthcare data standards and terminologies
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software and SQL
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
