Job Description

Daily Responsibilities:  

• Will be doing outreach to members to inform them about programs available & scheduling them with the health coaches & mailing out info

• Will do outbound and some inbound calls, about 80-120 calls a day

• Will be using a system where they have a queue of people who are eligible for services

• They start out using a script to determine which services the people might benefit from and refer them to health coaches


Hours for this Position:

• Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Qualifications

• HS diploma

• Call center experience

• Healthcare experience highly preferred

• Computer skills: general typing, data entry. Will be using proprietary software, so ability to learn computer program will be important.

• Soft skills are SO IMPORTANT!

• Nice phone etiquette

• Reliability – in terms of ATTENDANCE

• Ability to work well with others

• Respectful & polite

• Good work ethic/hard worker & Trainability

• Must be professional in appearance – no facial piercings/visible tattoos

• Good tenure at previous jobs
