Job Description

Are you an experienced Customer Service Representative looking for a new opportunity with a prestigious healthcare company? Do you want the chance to advance your career by joining a rapidly growing company? If you answered “yes" to any of these questions – this is the position for you!

Daily Responsibilities:  

• Primary job function is answering inbound calls 

o Provider inquiries regarding eligibility, benefits and claims for their Ambetter insurance 

• Various off phone projects

o Checking provider voicemails

o Responding to email inquiries and secured portal messages

o Investigating claim issues and following up with billing offices

o Requesting EOBs

Hours for this Position:

• Monday-Friday 8:30am- 5:00pm

• Start Date: 11/10 with 3 weeks of Call Center training

Qualifications

• High School Diploma

• Healthcare experience required 

• Experience with providers, medical billing, or claims 

• 2+ years of customer service experience

• Reliable transportation (must have their own car) 

• Go-getter mentality (flexibility, ability to think outside the box)

• PREFER candidates with commercial insurance experience
