We are seeking a Healthcare Customer Service Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to members and healthcare providers. This is a remote position based in Harrisburg, PA.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from members and healthcare providers
- Provide accurate and timely information about healthcare services
- Assist members with scheduling appointments and navigating healthcare systems
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Document all customer interactions in a clear and concise manner
- Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and guidelines
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a healthcare call center environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have a quiet and distraction-free workspace
