We are seeking a Healthcare Customer Service Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to members and healthcare providers. This is a remote position based in Harrisburg, PA.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls from members and healthcare providers
  • Provide accurate and timely information about healthcare services
  • Assist members with scheduling appointments and navigating healthcare systems
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Document all customer interactions in a clear and concise manner
  • Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and guidelines

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a healthcare call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must have a quiet and distraction-free workspace
