Job Title: Healthcare Staffing Account Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to drive sales within hospital and ambulatory healthcare settings. This role is responsible for developing new business, managing client relationships, executing sales strategies, and promoting workforce solutions including Nursing, Allied, Locums, Revenue Cycle, MSP, and Technology services. The Account Executive will work closely with operations, recruitment, and leadership teams to deliver staffing solutions and maintain strong client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive weekly sales activity and achieve established sales metrics and revenue goals
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for targeted hospital and healthcare accounts
  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, email campaigns, networking, and marketing initiatives
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare executives including Directors, Managers, CFOs, HR, Procurement, and other decision-makers
  • Present and promote healthcare staffing and workforce solutions to prospective clients
  • Manage the contract process from proposal through execution and client activation
  • Partner with operations and recruitment teams to ensure successful fulfillment and service delivery
  • Open job requisitions and collaborate with recruiters to fill positions for clients
  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships after contracts are established
  • Provide industry insights, market data, and reporting to clients and internal leadership
  • Ensure high levels of customer service, compliance, and client satisfaction
  • Participate in sales strategy planning and team collaboration initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience (preferably in staffing, healthcare, or B2B services)
  • Strong business development and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-driven
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Preferred Experience

  • Healthcare staffing sales
  • Workforce solutions or staffing industry experience
  • Experience selling into hospitals or healthcare systems
  • Experience with MSP, RPO, Locums, Allied, or Nursing staffing solutions
