Roanoke-Chowan Community College is seeking to hire full-time nursing classroom/clinical/lab instructors to teach, facilitate, and direct the instruction of students in the Associate Degree Nursing (ADN) program. The position entails classroom/clinical/lab instruction of pre-licensure nursing students and participation in curriculum implementation and evaluation.

The instructor shall possess competency of nursing skills and an understanding of and commitment to the nature and role of the community college, particularly its "Open Door" policy. Instructor must possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and be able to engage community college students with diverse backgrounds in the clinical/lab setting. Willingness to work flexible work schedules including evenings as needed; teach in a diverse mode of traditional instructions; and integrate technology into the course as appropriate based on demand.
