Front Desk + Clinical Support – Dental Office Team Member (Full-Time)

Opportunity for Licensed Dental Assistants or Candidates with Strong Administrative Skills & Clinical Interest

We’re hiring a dynamic, detail-oriented team member to join our dental office in a hybrid role that combines front office excellence with behind-the-scenes clinical support. Whether you’re a licensed dental assistant ready to use your full skill set, or someone with a strong administrative background and an interest in the clinical side of dentistry, this role offers variety, growth, and the chance to make a big impact on patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Front Office Duties

  • Greet patients warmly and manage front desk operations including phones, scheduling, emails, and insurance coordination

  • Facilitate a smooth daily flow for both the team and patients

  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry, consent forms, and patient communication

Clinical Support (Role Adjusted Based on Licensure)

  • If licensed (MN Dental Assistant):

    • Provide chairside assisting and expanded functions as permitted by licensure

    • Take X-rays, impressions, and assist with restorative procedures

    • Support sterilization, room prep, and patient education

  • If not licensed:

    • Assist with sterilizing instruments, room turnover, stocking supplies, and other supportive clinical tasks

    • Work closely with the clinical team to maintain a clean, organized, and patient-ready environment

Who We're Looking For

  • A positive, dependable team player with strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and around dental procedures

  • Friendly, professional, and eager to provide excellent service to patients and team members

  • If licensed: Active Minnesota Dental Assistant license

  • If not licensed: Willing to be trained in clinical support and infection control protocols
