Floater/Healthcare Support Associate

Position Overview

The Floater / Healthcare Support Associate provides coverage in various departments and facilities depending on daily needs. You’ll have guaranteed 4-hour shifts (with potential for more) and gain valuable, diverse experience in the healthcare field.

• Valid Driver's License
• Fill temporary assignments
• Patient transport or escort
• Front desk / guest services
• Environmental or facility support
• Valet or parking services
• Administrative or clerical assistance
• Report on time and be ready to work a full 4-hour minimum shift
• Maintain excellent customer service and patient care standards
• Follow safety, confidentiality, and infection control procedures
• Communicate effectively with MHS dispatch and on-site supervisors
• Adapt quickly to new environments and job tasks
