About the Role:
Due to recent and anticipated growth, Great Lakes Management and Gentle Touch Health Initiatives are expanding their Health Services team. We are currently seeking a skilled, passionate, and experienced RN who also holds a current LALD license and has Executive Director experience in operations. This hybrid position combines clinical and operational leadership and reports to the Director of Nursing or Executive Director.
This fast-paced role will be responsible for consulting at sites when nurse coverage is needed while hiring new employees, for oversite of processes and training success at the site level, skills assessments of front line staff and additional collaborations with duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing or Exective Director.Β
Qualified candidates must be a licensed RN in MN in good standing and have their LALD as well as excellent communication and clinical skills; management experience a plus, minimum 3 yearsβ experience in Assisted Living and Memory Care communities or LTC. We are seeking a candidate that can work independently and has a track record of accountability. Travel between our 12 Assisted Living and MC required, a valid MN driverβs license in good standing is required.
Pay- $95,000- $100,000 per year
Full benifit package as well as 401K match
Location- Great Lakes Management Corporate office, Plymouth MN (but most time will be spent in the communities they are supporting).
