Position Summary
The Fleet Process Improvement & Technology Intern will work directly with the VP of Fleet Operations to support process modernization across Fleet Sales, Fleet Operations, Bid/RFP support, and upfitting operations.
This internship is designed to develop the mindset of a business operator who can wear multiple hats, connect information across departments, and use technology to streamline workflow, improve visibility, and support scalable growth.
This role will focus on identifying inefficiencies, consolidating data across multiple systems, helping develop internal software tools, improving reporting, supporting sales prospecting automation, and assisting with the development of customer-facing tools that provide real-time updates without requiring manual follow-up.
The internship is intentionally cross-functional and hands-on. The intern will not simply observe operations. They will contribute to active workflow improvement, internal software development support, data integration efforts, and practical business process execution.
