Description:

This is more of a clinical leadership roleβ€”not a quota-driven sales management position. The ideal candidate will have a strong procedural background and be focused on clinical training and development.

Requirements

Key Requirements:

  • 4+ years of formal management experience, specifically leading and developing entry-level medical device reps. Must be able to showcase leadership results. Must have proven track record of participation leading/teaching at organizational meetings.
  • Previous experience in sales followed by promotion into a leadership role. Must be able to showcase quotas and metrics in recent surgical clinical sales.
  • Start-up company experience selling disruptive technology
  • Strong operating room (O.R.) and procedural expertise required
  • Experience in hospital and/or ASC settings required
  • Robotics experience required
  • 4 year college degree required, must be from reputable institution (no online schools)
