Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children, adults, and families? At Child Focus, we are seeking dedicated and compassionate Early Childhood Mental Health Consultant to join our team. This is more than just a job—it’s an opportunity to empower individuals, strengthen families, and build healthier communities.

As part of our dynamic and mission-driven agency, you’ll have the chance to provide meaningful support to early childcare centers as a part of the Community Action Agency grant that serves Hamilton County Head Start.

We value innovation, professional growth, and work-life balance, and we’re excited to welcome candidates who are ready to grow their career while making a lasting impact.

Exploring options? We’d love to talk and share what we’re about.

Our consultants will provide evidence-based strategies to promote social-emotional development of young children by delivering a coaching model to caregivers (childcare teachers and directors, parents) based on the Georgetown Model/Ohio Model of the Consultative Stance in early childhood centers.

You will link families to resources to address mental/behavioral health children difficulties may face.

Additionally, you will assist early childhood educators in understanding trauma and determining when to make referrals to mental health services. There is data collection required in this role.
