Director of Health Informatics - Hybrid

Salary Range: $113,000 - $125,000 / year

The Director of Health Informatics improves how we capture, manage, and use clinical data and digital health tools. This role ensures that our EMR (Athena) and other digital tools are fully optimized for accurate documentation, efficient workflows, improved patient access, and strong performance on quality measures.

The Director of Health Informatics directs, leads, and/or performs tasks and initiatives that optimize clinical technology and data systems to enhance patient care, streamline workflows, and facilitate informed decision-making for providers, staff, and leadership. Ensures all staff fully leverage our digital health tools by improving workflows, automating processes, promoting adoption, and providing engaging and practical training. Works with our vendors and partners to ensure accurate and compliant data flow between systems.
