Director of Clinical Compliance and Infection Prevention

 In this role you will...

• Serve as a key advisor to the Chief Compliance Officer on clinical compliance and infection control matters.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate compliance and infection control into all aspects of operations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain clinical compliance and infection prevention programs, policies, and procedures to ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Certification in Infection Control (CIC) and/or Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical compliance and infection prevention and control.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, infection control standards, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate and influence staff at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
