Position Summary:
The Dental Clinical Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing professional dental care services. They coordinate with dentists, hygienists, and dental assistants for all clinical and operational functions related to patient care. This position manages the Dental Assistant Training Program, ensuring that Dental Assistant staff are trained and working within their professional scope.
The Dental Clinical Operations Manager demonstrates leadership qualities and professionalism in the clinic setting by recognizing and addressing problems calmly and confidently, while striving to facilitate effective communication throughout the clinic. The Dental Clinical Operations Manager provides oversight of quality, cost-effective, and compassionate dental care and treatment for patients.
The Dental Clinical Operations Manager works closely with the dental leadership team. This position requires demonstrating respect for the rights of all patients and providing respectful, considerate care tailored to each patient's individual needs and preferences. The Dental Clinical Operations Manager will ensure a safe and confidential environment for patients, their families, and all personnel.
