Other customers are 1-1. CSM is responsible for implementation until contract renewal. QBRs, commercially, 75% of the time is spent on education, adoption CSM is responsible for 1mio ARR, 80-100 customers. Must haves:
Senior in B2B conversational skills
Empathy, organizational skills, listening
Commercial mindset
Recruitment or CSM SaaS experience - 2/3 years minimum
