RecruitNet International Ltd specialises in healthcare recruitment for both domestic and overseas candidates across hospitals, nursing homes, home care, and community care services.<\/span> We are hiring a <\/span><\/span>CT Clinical Specialist Radiographer<\/span><\/span><\/b> for a permanent position in a hospital in Tralee, Ireland.<\/span> Responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/b> Lead daily CT operations, ensuring effective delivery of the CT service and efficient utilisation of allocated resources.<\/span> Take responsibility for maintaining high standards within the service, including both technical quality and patient\/customer care.<\/span> Contribute to the development and implementation of operational policies, procedures, and guidelines to support efficient resource management and structured audit processes.<\/span> Develop, deliver, and oversee training programmes for qualified staff, trainees, and students as required.<\/span> Supervise and evaluate all training activities to ensure competency and compliance with professional standards.<\/span> A BSc in Diagnostic Radiography or an equivalent qualification is required.<\/span> CORU registration is essential.<\/span> A PgCert or Masterâs qualification related to CT is desirable.<\/span> A minimum of 6 yearsâ full\-time post\-graduate clinical experience is required, including at least 2 years working specifically in CT.<\/span> Evidence of ongoing CPD relevant to the clinical specialist CT role is required.<\/span> Experience in audit is an advantage.<\/span> Strong IT skills are essential.<\/span> Experience with PACS administration is beneficial.<\/span> Experience in leading or supporting the delivery of CT radiology services is desirable.<\/span> Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.<\/span> Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.<\/span> Demonstrated capacity to meet strict deadlines in a fast\-paced clinical environment.<\/span>
