Mental Health Cooperative, Inc. (MHC) was formed in 1993 to serve individuals with severe and persistent mental illness.  Since then, we have expanded our services to children and adolescents with severe emotional disorders across Middle and East Tennessee.

Our sole purpose is to support and treat those challenged with serious mental illness and poverty. Although based out of Nashville, we serve several communities across middle and East Tennessee with satellite offices in Antioch, Gallatin, Dickson, Columbia, Cleveland, Murfreesboro, Clarksville, Cookeville, Chattanooga, and Memphis.

JOB TITLE: Clinical Systems Analyst

LOCATION: Nashville, TN (onsite)

JOB SUMMARY:

The Clinical Systems Analyst will support the day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and administration of eClinicalWorks (eCW) to ensure a seamless experience for front-line clinical and administrative users. This role is integral to ensuring data integrity, system optimization, and responsive support for MHC’s care teams. The Analyst will work closely with the Clinical Systems Senior Manager and other stakeholders to implement updates, streamline workflows, and empower high-quality, tech-enabled care delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as a mission-aligned advocate for MHC’s front-line staff by responding to system issues and promoting user satisfaction
  • Support daily administration and configuration tasks within eClinicalWorks (eCW)
  • Assist with user account management, role/permission assignments, and access troubleshooting
  • Triage incoming support requests, resolving basic issues and escalating complex items as needed
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to gather input and support implementation of system changes
  • Maintain and update templates, forms, custom fields, and preference lists within eCW
  • Support generation of reports and data exports to meet operational and clinical reporting needs
  • Assist with onboarding and training staff on eCW features, workflows, and upgrades
  • Document workflows, system changes, and known issues for internal knowledge sharing
  • Work closely with IT and external vendors on patches, integrations, and system upgrades
  • Provide backup support to the Sr. Manager, Clinical Systems during absences or high-volume periods

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3-5 years of experience in healthcare IT, clinical systems, or EHR support preferred
  • Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) strongly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical teams
  • Comfortable handling sensitive information in compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies
