Clinical Support Supervisor- Urgent Care (RN)

Purpose

The Clinical Support Supervisor shall be accountable for 1) Day-to-day operations of the clinic/team, 2) making provider/Clinical Support assignments, 3) assisting in the hiring of Clinical Support staff, and 4) successfully supervising the Clinic Support Team.

Schedule

Urgent Care Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-8pm; Saturday 8am-5pm

Education:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing (RN)

Experience:

• Three to five years previous Nursing/MA experience required; may consider alternative, relevant experience.
• Experience working in an urgent care setting
• Previous management or supervisory experience preferred
• Experience working with infants and children preferred
• Phlebotomy experience beneficial

Licensure / Certification:

• CPR 

Credentialing:

•  Meets established Credentials Committee requirements for RN scope of practice including fully credentialed, licensed and privileged as well as the ability to pass a background check.
