At Circle Surrogacy (www.CircleSurrogacy.com), we help people build the families of their dreams through surrogacy. We provide intended parents and surrogates with a supportive, high-touch journey backed by decades of experience in third-party reproduction. Every day, we work together to make parenthood possible.
We are seeking a Clinical Support Social Worker who will combine supportive counseling and both short- and long-term clinical assessment and intervention to surrogates in a fast-paced business environment. Support Team members at Circle are involved in the gestational carrier process from the time a surrogate is matched with intended parents until the surrogate completes their post-partum period. In this role, Support Team members are expected to engage in regular communication with their individual caseloads, collaborate with internal and external teams around the surrogates and their intended parents’ overall journey, and maintain surrogate support programs for all Circle Surrogacy Surrogates. This provides a unique opportunity to engage in both individual and large-scale relationships with Circle Surrogacy’s surrogate and intended parent community. This role is critical to the company’s business operations and vital to Circle’s superior customer service and support to our clients.
