Are you an experienced, certified LPN looking to bring both clinical skill and compassionate care to a mission-driven team? United Wound Care is seeking a Clinical Support Nurse to partner with a Nurse Practitioner in delivering exceptional mobile wound care across St. Louis and surrounding areas.
This is a hybrid field-and-clinic role with high autonomy, meaningful patient interaction, and a healthy team culture. You’ll perform hands-on clinical tasks and serve as a vital connector between patients, providers, and families.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist Nurse Practitioner during home and clinic-based visits
- Perform wound care procedures and patient assessments under supervision
- Document visits thoroughly in the EMR system
- Manage mobile supply inventory and equipment
- Coordinate testing, imaging, and follow-up care
- Educate patients and families on wound care plans
- Maintain infection control and safety standards
Requirements
- Active LPN license in Missouri
- 2+ years of clinical experience
- Wound care certification (WCC, CWCA, or similar required)
- Home health or mobile care experience preferred
- Tech-friendly and confident with EMRs
- Reliable transportation (travel within STL, St. Charles, and nearby)
- Professional, adaptable, and highly reliable
- Great with people – patients, teammates, and partners
