Location: Houston or Dallas, TX

About the Opportunity

A rapidly growing, innovation-driven medical device company in the regenerative medicine space is seeking a Clinical Specialist to support continued expansion across key U.S. markets.

This is a high-impact, field-based role working directly with surgeons, sales teams, and distribution partners to drive clinical adoption and ensure best-in-class outcomes in the operating room.

 

The Role

The Clinical Specialist will serve as the clinical and procedural expert, supporting surgical cases, training stakeholders, and helping to drive utilization across a growing customer base.

This individual will play a critical role in bridging clinical excellence with commercial success.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide intraoperative support during surgical procedures, ensuring proper product use and best practices
  • Train and educate distributors, sales representatives, surgeons, and clinical staff
  • Serve as a clinical resource and subject matter expert for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Support new product launches and drive adoption within targeted accounts
  • Partner closely with sales leadership to identify opportunities for growth and increased utilization
  • Deliver presentations, in-services, and hands-on training in both formal and informal settings
  • Maintain a strong understanding of clinical data, competitive landscape, and procedural trends
  • Travel approximately 50% within the assigned region

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required (clinical or life sciences preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in a clinical, field-based medical device role
  • Strong experience supporting cases in the operating room environment
  • Ability to effectively train and influence physicians, sales teams, and distributor networks
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • High level of professionalism, adaptability, and clinical credibility
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%

 

Compensation

  • Total compensation: $150,000 – $200,000 (base + bonus)
