Main Responsibilities
Provide on-site customer training including hands on skill set for APM products accordance with relevant instruction for use, guideline and training materials
Organize and execute training programs for healthcare professionals
Deliver product value and solution based on product functionality to users
Update clinical knowledge to customer by delivering literatures Β
Prepares and presents seminars, webinars to a wide array of audience
Interpret and understand customer requirements, and how they relate to product functionality and performance
Provides periodic reports to management including activity in the field, customer complaints, trend analyses, and suggestions for improvement.
