Washington, DC | Hybrid / Onsite
As the Clinical Social Work Supervisor, you will guide the social workers who stand on the front lines of that mission. Youβll nurture their growth as practitioners, ensure their practice remains trauma-informed and family-centered, and create a reflective space where they can bring their full humanity to the work.
One day, you may be coaching a young social worker through a difficult child safety case. The next, youβre analyzing caseload data to spot trends, or sitting at the table with CFSA, courts, and community partners to strengthen collaboration. Your leadership wonβt just shape the careers of your staff β it will echo through every child and family they serve.
This is not only a supervisory role. Itβs stewardship of trust, ethics, and hope in DCβs child welfare system.
