As the Clinical Program Manager β Victim Services, you will ensure those survivors are met with dignity, safety, and hope. Youβll guide the design and delivery of programs that respond not only to immediate crises but also to the long road of healing that follows.
One day, you may be supervising counselors who provide safety planning and advocacy. The next, youβre at the table with hospitals, law enforcement, and community partners ensuring seamless 24/7 crisis response. Youβll oversee budgets and grants to keep services sustainable, refine policies to meet legal standards, and train staff to practice the very best of trauma-informed care.
This role isnβt just about program management. Itβs about safeguarding humanity in its most vulnerable moments β and leading a team dedicated to walking with survivors from crisis to recovery.
Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of trauma-informed victim support programs.
Supervise clinical and advocacy staff: hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
Ensure compliance with the Victimsβ Bill of Rights, confidentiality standards, and funder requirements.
Coordinate 24/7 crisis response services with hospitals, courts, and law enforcement.
Manage budgets, grants, and reporting while tracking outcomes for accountability and impact.
Build and sustain partnerships with agencies across DC to strengthen coordinated responses.
Represent the program at community forums and provide external training on victim rights and trauma-informed care.
Masterβs degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related clinical field.
DC licensure (LCSW, LPC, Psychologist) or eligibility.
At least 5 years in victim services or trauma-informed counseling, with 2+ years in leadership.
Strong background in crisis intervention, safety planning, and risk assessment.
Experience managing grants, budgets, and compliance.
(Preferred) Experience in co-response or crisis response models, and serving survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, or human trafficking.
