Job Responsibilities
Exemplify a working knowledge of all levels of care available in the facility and work to develop specific sales programs and referrals based on that knowledge
Maximize the number of referrals from key physicians, physician organizations, hospital accounts, and other local market sources in order to meet area sales plans and goals
Identify customer needs
Works with Corporate Marketing Department to develop and implement plans to satisfy customer needs
Communicate effectively with Corporate Marketing Department, Regional Director of Operations and Administrators.
Document all sales activities
Maintain up-to-date information on market area and competitors, including pricing, census, product information and sales strategies
Understand the local managed care environment products and impact on the sales process.
Maintain schedules for all marketing and sales programs
Willingness to serve as a team member and support the efforts of all sales and operational programs
