We are seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic Clinical Educator to support our staff in delivering exceptional care through training, mentorship, and professional development.
Employment Type: Full Time | Monday - Friday, 8a-5p
Pay Rate:Ā $72,500/annually+
Location: Topeka, KS
The Clinical Educator ā Senior Services is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs for nursing and clinical staff. This role ensures that staff are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and competencies necessary to provide safe, evidence-based, and compassionate care to older adults. The Clinical Educator also serves as a mentor and resource for clinical best practices, regulatory compliance, and continuous quality improvement.
