The role you’ll contribute:
Coordinates the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of all patient education activities, and acts as a resource person to staff members.

Demonstrates the ability to evaluate/re-evaluate learning needs for all age populations
Develops specific plan of instruction in collaboration with the learner, family, and health care team.
Establishes priorities in organizing and managing patient education in collaboration with others.
Initiates patient teaching within 48 hours of order
