Overview

Join our dynamic team as an RN Clinical Educator in our high-volume Labor and Delivery Unit, where every day brings the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on both staff development and patient care.

About the Role:

As the RN Clinical Educator, you’ll serve as a mentor, coach, and clinical resource to nursing staff within our busy L&D unit. You’ll be responsible for onboarding new hires, coordinating continuing education, and supporting evidence-based practice initiatives that enhance safety and quality outcomes for mothers and babie. 

 

Qualifications:

  • Education: Assocates Degree in Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Experience: 6 years of experience with ASN or 4 years related experience with BSN
  • Labor and Delivery experience strongly preferred 
  • Licenses/Certifications: RN Licensure in the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
