Your role, your impact
As a Clinical Educator, you’ll combine your clinical expertise with education and leadership to create meaningful learning experiences for students on placement. Your work will directly shape clinical practice and improve outcomes for young people in our community.
You will:
- Provide day-to-day supervision, mentoring and professional support to students on clinical placement
- Design and deliver engaging, capability-building training programs
- Facilitate high-quality clinical placements with a strong focus on learning outcomes
- Partner with universities and teaching institutions to coordinate placements and assessments
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to enhance student integration and experience

Who we’re looking for
You’re a confident, youth-friendly clinician who enjoys supporting others to grow. You bring a calm, optimistic and professional approach, and know how to balance clinical excellence with education and support.
You bring:
- Strong clinical assessment and intervention experience in youth mental health
- Proven ability to supervise, mentor and support developing clinicians
- Excellent communication, collaboration and organisational skills
- Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic clinical environment
Mandatory qualifications:
- Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or Clinical Psychology
- Current registration with AHPRA or the relevant professional body
What will make you stand out
- Experience working with diverse populations, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander, LGBTIQA+, CALD, and neurodiverse communities
- Knowledge of trauma-informed and developmentally appropriate care
- Experience in clinical education and supervision aligned with registration requirements
