What’s This Role All About?

We’re looking for a Clinical Educator to take charge of training, coaching, and skill development across our Youth and Disability Services teams.

This is more than just training β€” it’s about building confidence, ensuring compliance, and making sure staff feel prepared and supported from day one.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

β€’ Running engaging, hands-on training in clinical skills, medication administration, manual handling, and crisis response.

β€’ Guiding new starters through induction and competency sign-offs.

β€’ Coaching and mentoring staff to build confidence and refine their skills over time.

β€’ Spotting gaps in knowledge and tailoring training accordingly.

β€’ Ensuring all training aligns with NDIS Practice Standards, HSQF compliance, and contemporary best practice.

Who We’re Looking For:

β€’ Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or willingness to obtain).

β€’ Tertiary qualifications in nursing (minimum Diploma of Nursing).

β€’ Current AHPRA registration.

β€’ Experience delivering training and mentoring staff in Youth & Disability services.

β€’ Strong knowledge of clinical skills, medication administration, and manual handling.

β€’ Excellent communication skillsβ€”you can break down complex topics and make learning engaging.

β€’ Queensland Driver’s License, Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening, and LCS2 Clearance.
