As we continue to expand, we are actively seeking experienced and highly motivated Clinical Educators with a minimum of five years of expertise in the GI field. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about driving meaningful change within the GI/endoscopy ecosystem.

Responsibilities:
- Support new account sales and customer adoption by working with the Commercial Consultants to ensure best practices regarding usage, workflow, and continued education are delivered.
- Protect and grow customer usage by keeping clinical users confident, trained, and engaged over time. Use internal metrics and guidance to prioritize time investment effectively.
- Educate healthcare professionals on the local and national level by attending healthcare conferences, dinners, Company events, and delivering key clinical data and workflow best practices.
- Serve as a clinical ambassador for ColoWrap who builds trust within the GI community and elevates the brand. Represent ColoWrap at industry meetings, hospital education events, and relevant professional forums. Support marketing campaigns and Company initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and advancements in medical technology to effectively position our products.
- Identify and share learnings, training gaps, and success stories with internal stakeholders to improve messaging, product updates, and training materials. Help maintain and update clinical education tools and protocols.
- Develop Educational Content, Tools, and Presentations. Consistently update and improve education data and messaging for the sales team, customers, and industry audiences.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in endoscopy nursing or clinical education role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with healthcare professionals
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred
- Willingness to travel extensively (50-75% of time)
- Willingness to adopt new business technology (e.g. CRM and AI-based sales tools
