What Youβll Do
Orientation & Staff Development
Design and deliver individualized orientation plans for new clinicians
Collaborate with clinical managers, preceptors, IT, and schedulers to support successful onboarding
Provide field orientation oversight and ongoing coaching
Review clinical documentation and offer actionable feedback
Serve as a mentor and resource for new and existing staff
Education & Regulatory Compliance
Develop, implement, and evaluate education programs aligned with federal, state, and local regulations
Ensure ongoing staff competency and survey readiness
Coordinate and maintain education records and competencies
Support clinical documentation accuracy within the electronic health record (HCHB)
Utilize adult learning principles and varied teaching strategies
Technology & Informatics Support
Act as an informatics liaison for clinical technology
Educate staff on EHR use, learning management systems, and other required tools
Additional Responsibilities
Participate in committees, in-services, policy development, and special projects
Assist with patient and community education initiatives
Serve as a liaison with vendors as needed
What Weβre Looking For
Required / Preferred Qualifications
Masterβs in OT/ST or Doctorate in Physical Therapy required
OASIS certification required within one year
CPR Instructor Certification preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
