- Pay Range: $28 - $30 per hour

Position Overview:
The Clinical Education Coordinator / Health Center Registrar serves as a vital administrative leader supporting chiropractic students' academic and clinical journey at Life Chiropractic College West. This role combines educational administration with direct student support, overseeing the complete coordination of competency examinations (Entrance, Mids, and Exit), tracking student progress toward clinical and graduation requirements, and managing critical communications between students, faculty, and academic leadership. The position requires a detail-oriented professional who excels at multi-tasking in a fast-paced academic healthcare environment, with responsibilities spanning exam administration, record management, event coordination, and cross-departmental collaboration to ensure seamless operations and student success. Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and administer student competency exams (Entrance, Mids, and Exit), including scheduling, communication, grading support, and recordkeeping.
- Ensure accurate tracking of student progress toward clinic and graduation requirements, providing updates to faculty, advisors, and the Registrar.
- Prepare and distribute exam rosters, grade sheets, and results in a timely manner.
- Support students through the exam process, including providing information, scheduling appeals, and responding to inquiries.
- Maintain organized records of student performance, exam results, and clinical milestones.
- Collaborate with faculty, department chairs, and academic leadership to ensure smooth exam administration and compliance with requirements.
- Provide reports and updates to Health Center leadership, including student participation and completion data.
- Coordinate student–mentor assignments each quarter and prepare supporting documentation for faculty.
- Assist in planning and delivering orientation and recognition events, including preparing agendas, certificates, and awards.
- Work with campus departments (Registrar, Student Life, Campus Enhancement, IT) to support exam logistics and student events.
- Manage communications to students and faculty regarding exam dates, requirements, and results.
- Proofread and prepare exam materials, ensuring accuracy and consistency across written and practical exams.
- Order, organize, and distribute supplies needed for faculty, staff, and Health Center events.
- Uphold confidentiality standards in compliance with HIPAA and FERPA.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree preferred.
- 2 years of administrative experience.
- Experience in Higher Education/Clinical setting preferred.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to organize, prioritize and problem solve.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently (handle projects from start to finish).
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
- Computer skills including Windows and MS Office programs.
