Primary Responsibilities /Accountabilities/ Essential Functions:

  • Work with Graduation Team to act as the first point of contact for details of clinical requirements for potential students of the hybrid partner programs.
  • Answer all questions for potential and current students in an accurate, professional, and positive manner.
  • Respond to students through various communication channels including phone, text and email.
  • Track clinical compliance requirements and accurately enter data into the CRM database.
  • Manage partner university student clinical compliance systems for assigned hybrid partners.
  • Provide regular reporting to key stakeholders.
  • Provide outreach to both new and continuing students who are not in clinical compliance.
  • Work in collaboration with site level academic team to ensure students follow HCO clinical requirements.
  • Assist in collection and submission of HCO documents along with the site level academic team.   
  • Develop strategies to ensure students understand clinical compliance requirements and tracking systems.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Experience/ Education

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years working in administrative capacity.
  • An equivalent combination of work experience and education/training may be substituted.
  • Experience with clinical compliance systems in a higher education environment is strongly preferred, but not required.

Education

  • Associate degree required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Experience in educational of health care setting preferred.
  • Must pass background investigation.
