Clinical Applications Specialist – SPECT/CT

Location: United States (Nationwide Travel)

Overview

An innovative leader in nuclear medicine imaging technology is transforming Single Photon Emission Computed Tomography (SPECT) from analog to advanced digital detection systems, enabling healthcare providers to deliver higher-quality care at lower cost.

We are seeking a Clinical Applications Specialist to provide on-site clinical training and applications support for advanced SPECT/CT imaging systems, including the Veriton platform. This role partners closely with customers, sales teams, and service engineers to ensure clinical proficiency, customer satisfaction, and successful technology adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Training & Support

  • Deliver hands-on clinical and didactic training to physicians and technologists
  • Develop and execute structured training plans to ensure clinical competency
  • Provide consultative support to improve workflow efficiency and productivity

Clinical & Product Expertise

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on imaging software and clinical applications
  • Prepare post-training reports and provide clinical insights for product development
  • Collect and communicate customer feedback to internal teams

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate training efforts with Sales, Service, and Field Engineering
  • Support product demonstrations, tradeshows, and market development initiatives
  • Drive customer satisfaction through education and clinical partnership

Required Qualifications

  • Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT or equivalent) -ARRT(N)(CT) OR CNMT(CT) could both work
  • CT Certification (required)
  • Minimum 5 years clinical experience
  • Minimum 3 year’s experience with general SPECT/CT systems
  • Valid, up-to-date passport
  • Ability to travel 70–80% (U.S. with occasional Canada & Latin America)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with theranostics
  • Knowledge of digital SPECT technology
  • French and/or Spanish language skills
