We are currently seeking a Clinical Specialist to join our Joint Replacement team based in Newcastle.

You will provide clinical and technical support to orthopaedic surgeons, nurses and hospital staff.

This is a casual, hourly-rate position that includes occasional weekend responsibilities to support urgent clinical cases

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical and technical support during orthopaedic procedures, primarily in hip and knee replacement

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals

  • Deliver ongoing training and education to hospital staff on the effective use of Stryker products

  • Collaborate with the sales team to support territory objectives and case planning

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and clinical techniques

  • Ensure exceptional service and support to both public and private hospitals across the Northern Territory

What we’re looking for:

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g. nursing, physiotherapy, science, biomedical engineering)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, theatre-based environment

  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

  • Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is advantageous

  • Current driver’s license and flexibility to travel as required
