πŸ’™ What You’ll Do

As a Behavioral Health Case Manager Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in coordinating care and supporting patients across the continuum. You’ll work closely with behavioral health providers to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Your impact will include:
πŸ’‰ Assisting providers with patient care and clinical procedures
πŸ’‰ Providing direct patient services, including assessments and interventions
πŸ’‰ Coordinating care plans and connecting patients with essential resources
πŸ’‰ Supporting patients and families in achieving and maintaining optimal wellness
πŸ’‰ Performing nursing procedures within the Arkansas scope of practice
πŸ’‰ Collaborating with a compassionate, team-focused clinical staff

Monday–Thursday: 7:45 AM – 5:15 PM
Friday: 7:45 AM – 11:45 AM
Some travel required

βœ… Qualifications

βœ” Active RN or LPN license in Arkansas
βœ” Current CPR certification
βœ” Previous nursing experience preferred
βœ” Strong communication skills and attention to detail
βœ” A heart for patient care and community health
