Social Work Supervisor – Enhanced Family Foster Care Program

As a Social Work Supervisor, you will lead a dedicated unit of Case Planners, ensuring high-quality service delivery and supporting families through challenging times. In this role, you will:
Responsabilities:
- Provide Leadership & Guidance: Supervise and mentor Case Planners, fostering professional growth and encouraging collaborative decision-making.
- Promote Best Practices: Assume a teaching role by sharing knowledge of agency structure, purpose, and sound social work methods, while introducing innovative approaches.
- Ensure Permanency Goals: Monitor and track progress toward permanency for every child, ensuring timely achievement of goals.
- Participate in Key Meetings: Engage in Service Plan Reviews, Treatment Team Meetings, and Family Team Conferences to advocate for the best outcomes.
- Empower Families & Staff: Listen actively, apply experience to new situations, and inspire accountability and awareness among your team.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Human Services and experience in child welfare system.
- Supervisory and managerial experience
