Boston Mountain Rural Health Center is currently accepting applications for a full-time behavioral health case manager position at our Yellville clinic.

This position has been designated as safety-sensitive under the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Amendment. Employees in this role must be able to perform job duties in a manner that ensures the safety of patients, coworkers, and the public.

The Case Manager works as part of the behavioral health team performing care management duties to assess, plan, and coordinate aspects of behavioral health and supporting services across the continuum of care for patients to achieve and/or maintain optimal wellness by guiding patients/families with appropriate resources.
Qualifications and Desired Skills include:
Must have current CPR; must be willing to travel.
