Job Description:

Job Purpose

The Assistant Team Lead (Wellness Coach) will play a key role in supporting the Trust & Safety (T&S) counselling and wellness operations. This role involves overseeing a team of counsellors providing psychological and emotional support to employees working in high-stress environments such as content moderation and online safety. The position requires a balance of leadership, clinical counselling expertise, and operational understanding of the unique challenges faced by Trust & Safety professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• 1:1 Wellness sessions (Face to Face counseling sessions)

• Workshop style training including psycho-educational components and experiential learning through reflective practices, skills practice, and group discussions.

• Design/Deliver Talks and Workshops – at client site

• Help in developing user-friendly content

• Group Wellness activities - Including, but not limited to, peer group support sessions, team bonding sessions

• Excellent Communication skills- English and Hindi

• Know how to manage tech portals for documentation purposes

• Comfortable with webinars – being webinar ready.

• Willingness to get trained on topics for talks, even on short notice 

Qualifications:

• Wellness Counsellor/Coach should hold a minimum degree of master's in psychology from UGC recognized institute and should have practical experience of counseling services.

• They also should be comfortable in working in rotational shift (24/7)

• Must have excellent written and spoken communication skills in English & Hindi. Fluency in other Indian languages will be a plus point

• Strong understanding of Trust & Safety workflows, content exposure risks, and the emotional demands of moderation roles.

• Must be comfortable with public speaking, designing and conducting workshops

• Excellent communication, empathy, and crisis-handling skills.

• Comfortable with CBT, Rogerian, Psychodynamic models

• Has the capacity to work with clients who work in content moderation

• Has taken supervision for previous counseling work

Additional Information:

Type of role:

• Full Time with 6 months probationary period

• 24X7 operational, timing will be discussed, rotational basis, including weekends and all public holidays, five days a week model. This includes evening and night shifts; travel provided for night shifts.

• Work from office 

This position will be deputed on the client location at Mohali
