The responsibilities of being Faculty and a part of Our Pathways program's Healthcare Education Pathways Programs is being an Instructor/Supervisor training instructor using a hybrid of online in the classroom, direct in classroom instruction and advising students. This position is responsible for helping to prepare students to gain skills via an entire range of appropriate courses from beginning to advanced level skills. These positions require assisting with the development, implementation, and monitoring of comprehensive quality assurance programming instruction and training for staff and collecting data. Personal Healthcare Instructor is responsible for overseeing supportive personnel in the Services Program on training and recruiting. Has ongoing communication with staff to go over the plan of care and to perform a reevaluation of the patient's plan of care when appropriate. Performs the final evaluation and follow up plan. Also, ensure that there are adequate training and supervision to maintain and sustain quality care in programs.
Candidate must be currently licensed in the State of Massachusetts, North Carolina or Florida
