Account Executive – Healthcare Compliance Services
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a rapidly scaling, employee-owned company operating in a billion-dollar, regulation-mandated services market. With $50M+ in revenue achieved in under three years and recognition on the Inc. 5000 (Top 500 fastest-growing companies in America), this is a rare opportunity to join as the second Account Executive in a largely untapped sales landscape.
This role inherits an established ~$1M inbound pipeline and is expected to generate an additional ~$1M through strategic outbound efforts. You will take ownership of an existing, high-conversion book of business while building new revenue in a consultative, technically nuanced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
Own and convert a high-volume inbound pipeline (40% win rate)
Develop and execute outbound strategies to drive net-new revenue
Engage with scientific, healthcare, and compliance stakeholders
Lead consultative sales cycles in regulated environments
Build long-term, high-value client relationships
What We're Looking For
Top 1–10% performer with consistent overachievement (peer-ranked)
Proven success in consultative, technical B2B sales
Experience selling into regulated or compliance-driven environments
Strong outbound prospecting and pipeline generation ability
Background in lab services, EHS, HVAC, medical service contracts, or similar industries preferred
Stable career progression (no pattern of short tenures)
