Key Responsibilities
⢠Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and relevant legislation
⢠Review and update Safe Work Procedures (SWPs) and Risk Assessments (RAs)
⢠Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 systems
⢠Assist in internal and external audits
⢠Conduct regular site safety inspections and rectify unsafe practices or conditions
⢠Liaise with relevant authorities on safety and environmental matters
⢠Prepare and submit statutory EHS reports and documentation
⢠Work closely with project teams and sub-contractors to manage high-risk activities
⢠Organise and participate in safety meetings
⢠Travel island-wide to support operational sites
Requirements
⢠MOM-registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer
⢠Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
⢠Strong knowledge of WSH regulations and site safety requirements
⢠Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
⢠Able to conduct presentations and engage stakeholders
⢠Proactive, independent and able to work under pressure
⢠Possess a valid driving licence and own transport would be an advantage

Mon to Fri: 8:30am to 5:30pm
